Self-Proclaimed Popular Singer Uses Oklahoma Tornado Tragedy To Get YouTube Hits
Meet Roxy Darr. You may know her from the "world of contemporary hit radio" which is where her website claims she is from. You probably also know her songs as well because, again as her web site says, they "...can be found chart topping on iTunes".
Well what Roxy appears to have done is change old video titles on her YouTube page using text from trending topics to generate more views. This time it appears she has changed a few of her videos to add words like "Moore", "Oklahoma", and "Tornado". Quite Classy.
So how do we know that she changed things? Perhaps because YouTube tells you when videos were posted, and 3 of her videos mentioning the tornado were published BEFORE the event actually happened.
Interesting. 2 days ago. 1 week ago. I could have sworn the tornado happened on Monday. You will also notice that she uses the name of someone named Alexis who "butchered" a National Anthem, to get people to watch her version. Here's another Tornado one from a year ago.
HMM...Oh look what happened when I googled "Roxy Darr Boston Bombings"
Looks like she probably altered other video titles in the past too, these appear to have been changed.
The YouTube page being discussed is here, and links directly from her website, which is here. All signs point to this being her page. Someone should take note and stop doing it, specifically with tragedies.

Nissan Sentra Carpool Commercial: The Real Story
What Happens In The Commercial:
Daniels sees one of the big wigs of his company standing
outside the office. He overhears that a
woman called this big wig a car, but the car does not appear to be on
time. The big wig is visibly upset with
this.
So Daniels, trying to be a team player or what not, decides
that he will offer to give the big wig a ride.
When in the car, Daniels tells the big wig his name and his department,
accounts.
On the way to the big meeting, Daniels is asked to pick up a
woman and she seems surprised that the driver is some guy. Instead of nicely introducing her self she
rudely says “Who’s this?” to which the big wig responds by giving his name and
adding on that Daniels is a key player.
Instead of saying something like “aw shucks, you are too
kind” Daniels keeps his mouth shut.
Later they pick up another guy and he asks the lady in the
back seat who the driver is. She replies
that he is the director of accounts. She
bizarrely assumes this because he drives a $16,000 Nissan Sentra, that he is
the head of the department.
Daniels overhears the woman despite her whispering, and
seems very shocked that he was misrepresented.
However, instead of telling the woman she was wrong, he just keeps his
mouth shut again.
When they finally arrive at the location of their meeting,
Daniels, who was just giving the others a ride, drops them off at the curb and
says goodbye to his company-mates.
The big-wig requests that Daniels comes into the meeting,
because now, again because of the car, he misremembers that Daniels is the Vice
President of Accounts. The big wig found
it odd that Daniels was sitting in his car, but only made a brief remark about
it.
Daniels leaves his car parked on the curb, in the middle of a street lane, where he dropped
them off and heads into the meeting. He takes one last glance at his car wondering if he should leave it there. He decides the meeting is more important.
What Happens Next (Not Shown):
Daniels and company head into the meeting. When they meet the others in the meeting and
introduce themselves, Daniels is again introduced as VP of accounts. At this point he finally lets the big wig
know, in front of everyone at the meeting, that he is just an accountant and
not the VP.
The big wig is shocked and can’t believe that Daniels didn’t
let him know this fact on the entire car ride over and after he said “you’re
the VP of accounts aren’t you?” The big
wig is now embarrassed in front of the people he is meeting with for bringing
in a guy who wasn’t the guy he thought he was.
The big wig excuses himself from the meeting and brings
Daniels into the hall. He yells at him
for embarrassing the company and fires him.
Daniels walks out of the building dejected having just lost
his job. He walks down the stairs
towards the street and sees his car, which he parked at the random curb, being
towed away.
A terrible day, because Daniels tried to pass off a lie…
